The Ann Christensen Award is presented annually and honors the Executive Director of Shoreline Arts Alliance from 1982 – 1997. Ann was involved with IMAGES from its inception, managed IMAGES during her tenure, and became a true aficionado of fine photography.  Through her influence, photography throughout Connecticut was deeply enhanced.  Ann knew the power of photography and specified that she would like this award to be given to a photograph that leaves a lasting impression upon the viewer. This year’s recipient is George Fellner (East Haddam) for his piece, Flora Nebula.
