The Essex Foundation Funds Essex Winter Series’ 2027 Library Free Tickets Program

Essex Winter Series is pleased to announce the receipt of funding in support of our 2027 Golden Jubilee Season from The Essex Foundation (theessexfoundation.org), a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a difference in the Essex communities.

With this generous grant from The Foundation to assist with our Library Free Tickets Program, the funds will enable greater community access to the arts and allow our organization’s partnership to continue with Essex Library (youressexlibrary.org/) and make it possible to add the Ivoryton Library (ivorytonlibrary.org) as ticket distribution locations when the concert season begins in late January.

Each library will have six free tickets to each of the four concerts taking place at Valley Regional High School and John Winthrop Middle School from January through April.

As Essex Winter Series celebrates its 50th anniversary with innovative classical and jazz performances and a season that will explore the influence of Beethoven in many genres, the organization also celebrates The Essex Foundation and its members for their part in broadening the cultural impact in our shared neighborhoods.
