Harmony Chamberlain Harrington is an award-winning contemporary photographer, whose work primarily focuses on conceptual self-portraiture. While her photographs cover a wide variety of themes and ideas, she is most known for her images that capture a dramatic and often humorous take on moments in everyday life, frequently enlisting her family’s participation. Using a ground up process, heavily rooted in storytelling and color theory, she often creates props, set pieces and other items for her photos. She holds degrees and certificates in Theatre (BFA), Makeup Artistry, and Museum Studies (MA), which influence her work and processes. Her work has been featured in US galleries and online, as well as published internationally.
