Gail Martino is an author, consultant-entrepreneur, and former corporate R&D leader who brings the discipline of innovation to creative ventures. For more than two decades, she led research, product development, and cross-functional innovation programs for some of the world’s most iconic brands at Unilever and Procter & Gamble. Beyond her corporate career, Gail has always found joy in nature and birds, and she serves on the boards of Connecticut Audubon and the New Haven Bird Club. What began as a personal passion has grown into a purpose-driven mission: crafting stories and experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a deeper connection to the natural world.
