The Frederick Lee Lectures: Sugar, Slavery, and Social Justice - The Madison Historical Society



The 2021 Frederick Lee Lectures will explore local stories unearthed through a closer look at New England’s history of involvement in the system of enslavement. Together the three programs offer inspiring accounts of people at the heart of an institution that created the foundations still underpinning American racial discrimination.
