Jean Gresham

From one-of-a-kind earrings and necklaces to elegant home décor and functional pieces, artist Jean Gresham enjoys transforming glass into all shapes and sizes. The shades of blue in her glass are inspired by the many oceans she’s sailed. Gresham hopes each of her pieces will inspire their future owners to adventures of their own.

Beginning with her time as a studio art major at Smith College, Gresham has enjoyed working within various mediums. When she came to fused glass, she was hooked, going on to study with the Bullseye Glass Company as well as several glass mentors. Gresham finds this medium fascinating, ever-changing, and a natural extension of her lifelong quest for sea glass on the northern shores of Maine.

Gresham shows and sells her fused glass artwork throughout New England. She also works with clients to design specific pieces, as well as offering fused glass workshops for all levels and ages at her Guilford, Connecticut studio in The Quonset Hut Shops.
