Catherine Steinberg

Catherine Steinberg is a psychotherapist, shamanic practitioner, workshop/retreat facilitator and artist who lives in Guilford, CT and Taos, NM. She uses a meditative approach to painting expressing inner dream-like images, emotions, and sensory experiences with paint on canvas. Catherine is interested in how colors and shapes transmit vibrations and rhythms that bring about healing, balance and joy in one's life.
