Shakespeare on the shoreline
Thank you for your past support of this program!
Shoreline Arts Alliance is dedicated to bringing quality free theatre to the Guilford Green each summer. However, Shoreline Arts Alliance will be taking a break from Shakespeare on the Shoreline this year.
According to the Wall Street Journal, “Shakespeare on the Shoreline is the most popular and well recognized cultural mainstay of the community, drawing crowds from all over the area and beyond with its engaging, entertaining and educational performances.”
See what the community had to say about the 2018 performance below:
"My kids went to see Hamlet and then asked to go the next night, and did. They (7 and 5) loved it! They both retold the play again today at lunch. Thank you! Huzzah!" - Kathryn W.
"A terrific performance of 'Hamlet' on the Guilford Green earned high praise!"- Bob D.
"Great performance! Thank you for keeping the arts alive on the Shoreline." - John W.
