River Valley Dance Project (RVDP) was founded in 2014 with Linalynn Schmelzer as Director.  RVDP's mission is to create original dance works that encourage a variety of audiences to engage with the arts; to cultivate curiosity and creativity in dance and life through performances and classes.  Linalynn believes it is imperative to focus on collaboration and to bring dance to alternative venues. RVDP continues to create with musicians, dancers, artists and film producers performing in galleries, public spaces, schools, and on the concert stage.
