This annual, juried photography competition is open to all residents of Connecticut  and is highly regarded for excellence statewide.  IMAGES 2011 is the 30th anniversary competition and exhibition.

The Shoreline Arts Alliance leases space at the Guilford Art Center, 411 Church Street, Guilford, CT for this annual show. Information will be updated regularly on this site as it becomes available. Call for Entry forms will be uploaded to the website in the fall of 2010.

Directions to Guilford Art Center's Mill Gallery:I-95 to Exit 58 - Guilford: North on Rt. 77 for 200 yards. Turn right into Guilford Art Center. Continue to the end of the driveway. The Gallery is in the yellow building.

IMAGES 2010 at CT Hospice:
At the close of the show at the Mill Gallery of the Guilford Art Center, many of the wonderful photographs from IMAGES 2010 were re-installed for a month long exhibition at CT Hospice in Branford. The artwork hung at CT Hospice from March 4 - April
1.

IMAGES 2010 Prize Winners
Congratulations to the First Honors recipients of the 29th annual photography show: David Gillich- Milford, Dana Osborn - Middlebury, Alan Shulik - Guilford; Elaine Widmer - West Hartford. The first annual Ann Christensen Award was presented to Lee Berchem-Milford. Honorable Mentions awarded to: Terence Falk-Branford, Nate Gibbons-Greens Farms, David Ottenstein - New Haven, Hank Paper-Hamden, Robert Sachs-Norwalk, Thomas Wells-East Haddam. The major sponsor of IMAGES 2010 is Yale-New Haven Hospital. There were 131 submitting photographers and 749 photographs. The exhibition represents 70 photographers and 114 photos.
